 Rick Rypien is a fast player with moderate talent who in my mind doesn't deserve to play for the Canucks. This kid is somewhat marketed as the new hope every time he comes up. I would maybe believe this if he didn't get hurt as soon as he gets called up or returns from a prior injury. Rypien, who this year is taking what might be the last year of Trevor Linden away from him surprisingly made it through roughly 10 games this year, wow!. I was just beginning to think that it was due time for a year ending injury and Bam broken hand!. Last year it was a groin and I believe the year before a broken leg or some shit on his first game back from an injury. Even this preseason he pulled a groin and was out.. I guess my point is , this guy is costing the team money, he's taking Lindens spot, and he can never stay healthy enough to put a stretch of anything together to make him worthwhile, send him to the moose and move on
